Being both a youth leader and a business owner, I faced numerous challenges in effectively managing and inspiring my diverse youth group. Juggling between different personalities seemed like an uphill battle, as I lacked the necessary skills to navigate this terrain. However, my perspective on leadership completely transformed after undergoing a life-changing leadership training.
